Memories to last a lifetime.

My children are eight, six, three and six months. These are the childhood years they will remember as the most fun. It's the time when life is all about what adventure is next, and what should we do tomorrow for fun? They may not remember that the last time we were here, it was for a funeral. But they will remember this trip.

They will remember that we roasted marshmallows...
...and made s'mores...
...with huge pink marshmallows!
They will remember the trip to the Science Center.
Andrew won't remember that this is where he perfected sitting up, and started crawling, but I will.
Will they remember how HOT it was?
They will remember the magical nights we stayed up late and caught fireflies. They will remember the way it made their hands smell, and how beautiful it was to see thousands of little lights skimming the grass.
They will remember walking through the jungle, and most of all, they will remember their grandmother. They will know how she loves them, and they love her. They will remember that when they come to Grandma's, there are adventures to be had, and memories to be made.

ENJOY that heat, because when you come back home you are going to freeze- it is only 45 degrees here right now!
