I just asked the kids to do a clean up before dinner. Madeleine was really irritated by this, and told me that I never cleaned up, and they always did it all. I gave her several examples of things I clean that she never does and she responded with, "It's not fair! It's like you're the queen and we're the servants!"

Oh I love it! I am totally totally laughing out loud! I wish Malia would get it. I think I hear the phrase "it's not fair" at least 30 times a day out of her mouth.
