I finished putting Madeleine's hair in pig tails this morning, and she stood up to twirl around. I was struck by how long and beautiful her hair is, so I said, "You're gorgeous today, Madeleine."
"What do you mean," she asked in obvious confusion over what I'd just told her. "I'm always gorgeous."

I can't get over how cute that costume is with the little stinger on the bum! It's just adorable.
You will never have to worry about self-esteem issues! But, she's right, she is always beautiful!
