For the past year Benjamin and madeleine have shared a room. They had bunkbeds, and all their toys crammed into one small living space--and it drove me nuts!! It didn't matter that all the toys were put in their places, the room still looked a mess and cluttered.
Last week, we got new carpet (there was much rejoicing!) and so I decided a change would be great. We moved Isaac's crib into Benjamin's room, and Madeleine's bed back into her old room. Madeleine was on cloud nine for days. She was so cute "decorating" her room as we were moving all her stuff into it. She put a sign on the door that said "No Boys Allowed!" but took it down when Benjamin was sad. She is still so happy to have her own girlie space.
